We use your name, contact details, vehicle information, service address, and preferred visit date and time to respond to your request and arrange service. Please share only information needed for the repair.
Storage and email
This website runs on OpenAI Sites hosting. Quote requests are stored in a private database accessible to authorized Everywhere Auto Care owners. After your request is stored, your browser attempts to send a copy directly to FormSubmit. FormSubmit processes that copy to email the business at everywhereautorepair@gmail.com and retains submissions for 30 days. A received confirmation means your request was stored in our inbox; it does not guarantee delivery to an email mailbox.
Aggregate measurement
We count call and text button clicks by day and page. These counters contain no quote details, full URLs, query strings, raw IP addresses or persistent browser identifiers. Clicks do not prove that a call, conversation or appointment happened. Booking counts come from owner-updated request statuses.
To limit spam, quote submissions use a salted, daily hash of the network IP address. These temporary counters expire when a later request clears previous days. We do not save raw IP addresses in the quote or measurement database. Hosting and email providers may operate their own service logs.
Your information
Contact everywhereautorepair@gmail.com or call 480-818-6699 to ask about your request or request deletion from our inbox. We keep quote information for responding to requests and managing service; no automatic inbox deletion period is currently configured.
Appointment requests, photos and quote approval
We store your selected services, vehicle and location details, preferred date and time, contact details, and any business vehicle information in our private request inbox. Optional vehicle photos are stored privately and are accessible to authorized owner accounts. Photos are not sent to FormSubmit.
A private quote link gives anyone holding that link access to the quote and its approval controls. Keep it private. The page shows the quoted work and price, approval status, and the service location after the advisor confirms the appointment. We record the name entered for approval and the time of approval. Your advisor shares the link directly; the website does not automatically send quote or appointment messages.
